As a fellow Denverite I've enjoyed following you and now this newsletter! Where do you get your lymphatic drainage facials? I have been interested in getting this done for ages but haven't found an aesthetician I like that offers the services. Thank you!!

Unfortunately for me and you, my facialist just told me she is moving so now I have to find someone new who has as magic hands as her 😭

Oh no! Finding a provider of any kind that you LOVE can be tough. Good luck :) I will be searching for a full service facial for my birthday treat to myself in October so hopefully will land on a gem.

Ugh, I read this 2 days too late! I just ordered an Oura ring because I want to try Natural Cycles and also I’ve stopped wearing my Apple Watch. I’m hoping I like it, but I totally see where you’re coming from! I’m not too interested in exercise tracking so I don’t think that will be an issue for me, I just hope the fit isn’t awful and I can sleep in it!

Also, really loving this sub stack, it’s nice to have more substantial content. You’re very well spoken / written and I love you’re taste!

Thank you so much for your kind words!! I’m glad you’re enjoying the longer form content -- I’m not great at being concise lol.

If you’re mostly looking for sleep and NC then I think you won’t have a problem with it. I have the first generation ring which has the flat notch instead of a traditional ring design, so that’s where my gripe with the look mostly lies. My mom has the newer version without the notch and doesn’t seem to have a problem with the look. If you do end up not loving it just be mindful of the return window!

Hello! Love that you moved over here to Sub stack, I've been a longtime devoted follower who loves the space you're filling on the internet. I so appreciate your first point about finding real clothing. My reality is that I'm in pajamas, scrubs or professional clothing 99% of my week, and the cute jeans, dresses and tops that I buy from bloggers end up sitting in my closet unworn. I'm embracing the phase of life I'm in, but also trying to be more mindful about finding realistic items that I can incorporate into my daily wardrobe/life.

Thank you for your kind words!

The balance of one's wardrobe is such a fine line. While my life is very different to yours in terms of clothing needs, I often find myself thinking "I'm just going to be home all day, so why would I put on real clothes?" It's a mindset I'm really trying to break because the days I do force myself out of my robe, I alway feel so much better mentally. Change is life and with that our wardrobe must to!

Thank you so much following along over here, I know asking people to engage on so many different platforms can feel tedious so I really appreciate you! I did not buy the Chanel flats, yet. They didn't have the classic color way in store and when something is that expensive I don't buy until I can see and feel in person. I tried on a black version to see the sizing. They only had 39 and it fit like a glove, but I want to try on a 38.5 because I have heard the leather is so soft and can stretch slightly with wear.
