Primally Pure Coffee Mask ($58-106) and Blue Tansy Body Oil ($26-50)
I use multiple Primally Pure products every single day. When the brand underwent a packaging rebrand, I decided to try some new to me products: the Coffee Mask and Blue Tansy Body Oil.
Coffee Mask:
Caffeine works really well with my skin. The second the coffee mask launched I purchased it and the moment it arrived in the mail I put it on my face. Before I even touched the product, the smell was out of this world. Eyes closed, you could easily convince someone they were smelling coffee ice cream. My dog ever tried to lick it off my face 😂 The most coffee products, there is an element of exfoliation, but not anything like traditional coffee body scrubs. The beans are ground finely enough to feel gentle, while offering very mild physical exfoliation when rinsing off. The texture as a whole is very thick and smooth due to the addition of raw honey. Wearing it is a delight and the end result gives my skin a very even and bright look and feel. I would recommend using this in the morning or before an event. This is a product I will repurchase the second it’s done. 10/10 no notes 👌🏼
Blue Tansy Body Oil:
I’ve always been a religious lotion user, but adding body oil to my nightly ritual took my body skincare to the next level. When my Osea body oil finished I decided to branch out. PP’s Blue Tansy body oil combines coconut, argan, and other plant oils with Blue Tansy essential oil. Blue Tansy contains camphor, which stimulates collagen, and chamazulene, to provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. Basically, it’s a sensitive skin dream. It’s incredibly lightweight and leaves no oily residue behind at all. In the last photo you can see how my hand has a very subtle, but ultra hydrated sheen. It worked well combined with my body lotion and added extra hydration on extremely dry Colorado days. My only qualm is the smell. It’s not bad, but it’s earthy and by the end of the bottle I was missing my Osea. If you are looking for a super lightweight body oil to try this will fit the bill. But since I prefer to look like a glazed donut from head to toe, it’s back to Osea for me.
