Lemme Sleep Gummies ($9.99 for 14ct, $29.99 for 60ct)
I'm not a bad sleeper, but I'm not great either. My mind often wanders for too long or I can't get comfortable, fairly common sleep woes. I've tried many sleep supplements in my adulthood and haven't found one particular "thing" that changes the game. Lemme, Kourtney Kardashian's supplement company, has its fair share of controversies, but their Lemme Sleep gummies seem to be the one product without a "problem."
Like most sleep supplements, Lemme uses magnesium, melatonin, l-theanine, and botanics like chamomile to help you fall asleep fast, without interruption, and with no morning grogginess. The berry gummies are delicious and as someone with a sweet tooth, a nice little "treat" before bed. Moms, these gummies definitely look like candy so make sure they're out of reach of kids!
Across the internet, Lemme Sleep has a crazy amount of positive reviews. On IG I see two experiences: life changing sleep or so strong they didn't know where they were the next morning. Quite the pendulum! I was nervous I would fall into the latter. I started with one gummy, half the recommend dose. Based off my Oura, my sleep did not change with one gummy and I didn't feel weird after taking it or the next morning. The next night I tried two gummies and continued to take two until I finished the pack. No single night did I feel more tired or calm than any other night and thankfully I never once woke up feeling groggy or weird. Comparing my sleep scores across the week, I had a few nights with longer stretches of sleep, but no significant change that made me feel more rested or energized the following day. A weird metric my Oura noticed was I consistently had a slightly elevated heart rate. This week has been more stressful than past weeks, so it may be due to that. Regardless, I found that to be very interesting since usually sleep supplements calm the system and therefore make your heart rate lower.
Overall, this is not a bad product, but like any supplement it's all going to depend on the person's body. I won't be repurchasing, but if you want to try it out, I highly recommend the 14ct pack before buying the full size.
