Kroma 5-Day Reset ($385-450)
In the slides above I included my stories of a day on the reset with thoughts about each product. To not waste space in the caption I’ll review how I felt, my results, what I learned, and what I’ll incorporate into my life.
Each day has 9 sachets of drinks or meals. 9 sachets may seem like a little, but let me tell you I WAS FULL. I was hungry twice on the reset and they both were on the 4th and 5th night as I was going to bed. This hunger wasn’t a starvation hunger, but the kind of hunger pang that a tiny scoop of PB could have fulfilled. The reset allows for lean proteins like chicken and white fish, veggies, and berries to be added to the meals. Any true hunger pang can be solved by adding those in without “cheating.”
My sleep was great. I toss and turn and all 5 days I slept through the night. Not sure if it was the effect of the reset as a whole or the magnesium drink you end the night with. The only day I felt an energy slump was Day 2 which is something the reset guide predicts.
My digestion got a little tricky. The guide says those coming from a highly processed diet (me!) can experience digestion issues. I experienced mild bloating and gas (can’t believe I just said that on the internet) for 4/5 days. On the reset you are consuming about 30 grams of fiber and that’s not something I was doing regularly.
At the end of the five days I lost 3 pounds, mostly water weight from being in a calorie deficit, but that’s fine. This cleanse isn’t going to jump start weight loss, but it definitely can get you lighter for a single event and improve other areas of your life.
I loved my experience. As someone who despises cooking, the sachets took all the thinking out of the equation. I learned that I need to be eating way more fiber every day and superfoods are great ways to enhance meals. I purchased the Beauty Matcha and Spicy Passion lattes and when it’s back in stock will buy the OMG Cookie Butter.
The cleanse is very expensive, but you can buy the refill pack if you’re looking for the sachets and don’t need the mug, hand frother, canvas bag, and herbal tea. I used SKINNY20 to buy mine and I believe it’s a still active code.
