Kate McLeod Body Stone ($12-45), Everywhere Stick ($28) *GIFTED*, Bath Pebbles ($38)
I've been using Kate McLeod products forever. Bath Pebbles were my intro, an obvious choice for a bath lover. Body Stones were next. Courtesy of the brand, I tried their Everywhere Stick and Glow Face Stone. (Face Stone not included because it fell off my counter and onto the toilet...)
Everything is made in America, is 100% plastic free, has ingredient transparency, and lastly no water in their products! No water = no dilution = products that are highly concentrated and require less product with each use.
Body Stone:
The bestseller. The stone is a concentrated solid bar that glides and melts into the skin as it warms up against the body. It comes in 10 varieties and holiday scents. My skin looks and feels so good after I use my stone. It requires some playing around though, some days my skin can be warmer or cooler than usual and that will cause the stone to melt faster or slower. Because of the oil and butter base, I prefer to use this at night so I can really lather up and soak in the oils.
Everywhere Stick:
After the disaster that was the Hanni Fatty Stick (reviewed), this was a godsend. This is a fragrance free, wax free balm that offers on-the-go moisture. I've used it on my hands and lips. It really shines on the cuticles. Winter weather and lots of handwashing, cracked skin and cuticles are inevitable. This stick lets me choose how much I want and never feels too greasy to touch things. This is silly, but I love the packaging. It reminds me of the Nabisco Push Up popsicles!
Bath Pebbles:
I have lost count of how many bath pebbles I have used. Like all KM products, warmth melts the product. In the bath, it leaves a layer of oil on the body that requires no further moisturization. Be warned, it does leave your tub slippery! If using in the shower, it melts away as you glide it across the body. I like this more than Hanna's Splash Salve because I don't have to fiddle with a tub of product. Once the pebble is gone, I'm done.
Kate McLeod is my favorite bodycare brand and there has yet to be product I have not loved. Brava, Kate!
