GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum ($68)
Why is it that when you have long eyelashes you instantly feel prettier? I used to be a lover of eyelash extensions because it made me feel pretty without doing anything, but unfortunately my eyes started to reject them. The glue made my lash line puffy and red, my natural lashes fell out so quickly and grew back so slowly, and my wallet really hated the twice monthly refills.
Eyelash serums were the only way to go, but their biggest downside is the time it takes to see results. I have tried Neulash and now GrandeLASH in my years post extensions and honestly they both work the same. Nightly, apply the serum along the lash line and after 3 months that’s when you’ll finally notice your eyelashes are grazing your eyelid when you put your mascara on. The three month wait is the hardest part because if you get lazy in your routine your results either won’t ever come or take so much longer making you believe it’s the serum’s fault.
What I’ve come to love about GrandeLASH is that it is reasonably priced compared to others on the market and the tube last forever. I think I’m going on six-months! I did not experience any sensitivity or dryness which was a miracle because after eyelash extensions my upper eye lids became extremely sensitive to just about everything. In conjunction to GrandeLASH, which I bought from my Lash Artist, I also get a “lash lift” every 6-8 weeks when I get my brows done. This service alone, even before the serum, was life-changing, especially for someone with stubborn straight lashes. If you don’t think you can be consistent with a lash serum, I highly recommend you try out a lash lift during your next brow service!
I’ve been asked by so many of you to try out Dime’s lash serum so when this tube finally quits on me I’ll give it a go! What’s your favorite lash serum you’ve used?
