Biodance Real Deep Masks: Collagen, Cera-Nol, and Sea Kelp ($19 for a pack of 4 masks)
These sheet masks have gone viral the past year or two for good reason. They are incredible. The size, shape, and "adhesive" nature of the masks is unmatched and why it's the only sheet mask I buy. Sheet masks of the past were often slimy and you'd be forced to sit still on your back for the duration of use. These masks, once adhered, are secure to your face within the first five minutes and you can go about your day or night eating, drinking, and sleeping. While all the masks offer slightly different results, they all leave my skin happy and plumped.
Collagen (Pink): This is the OG mask and the one I use when I want "glass" skin. Designed to be worn 3-4 hours or overnight. I achieve similar results regardless, but I do think overnight is worth it when you want the hydration and firmness of the skin to last the longest. The collagen mask's primary objective is for perfecting the skin and is my go-to for events and photos. I have heard that some with acne-prone skin find this mask too "heavy."
Cera-Nol (Blue): The second iteration. This mask is lighter and "juicier" than the Collagen. Its main objective is to create intense moisture and soothe the skin. This mask tends to absorb into my skin the fastest of the three masks due to my inherent dryness. It's my first choice during the winter and is the goldilocks variety of the three.
Sea Kelp (Green): This is the newest mask from Biodance. I could tell immediately, this was to cater to the acne-prone and sensitive skin folks. This is the most calming of the masks. It's the only mask they say to remove once it goes transparent. I didn't read the instructions with my first use and wore it overnight and was fine, but I could understand why they would recommend not wearing overnight for acne/sensitive people. I like this mask, not as much as the Collagen, but tied with the Cera-Nol. It is calming and I'd recommend to anyone who struggles with redness. Bonus, put it in the fridge for a few hours before!
I will continue buying these masks forever and I can't wait to see what other versions Biodance might add to this lineup.
